We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful and quirky hotel with lots of charm and character, the spotlessly clean rooms and facilities, the lovely restaurant with great views, and the comfortable swimming pool area. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially considering our limited German language skills. The location was fabulous, with interesting places to visit within a short drive and lovely walks through the nearby forest. The continental breakfast was good, and we appreciated the freshly boiled eggs every day. it was a great family hotel and we can't wait to come back.

Spending Christmas at this charming hotel was wonderful! The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was great - fresh bread, delicious pastries, and a variety of meats and cheeses. We loved the beautiful forest right next to the hotel, where we were able to take lovely walks. Plus, the location was perfect for us to easily visit all the nearby attractions.
Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that we didn't like. The room was on the colder side, and it took a while for the heating to really warm up.

The view was stunning and the Christmas atmosphere was amazing, with lovely decorations in the lobby. the pool area was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding forests. A plus was that the breakfast was included and was plentiful.
The food was quite disappointing. There was not much variety, and the quality was not great.
